		<description>Manipulation and inertia are built in to WPF 4.0, but are only associated with a UserControl.  You can&#039;t use the methods without a valid object, I&#039;m afraid.


The undeclared variables you mentioned were some things I was playing around with and left in the code by accident.  Thanks for bringing that to my attention!</description>
